TAKE IN A DEEP BREATH. AS YOU INHALE, NOTICE HOW YOUr BODY FEELS. HOW IT EXPANDS as EACH BREATH NOURISHES EVERY CELL.
TAKE A LONG BREATH OUT. RELEASE ALL THE TENSION THAT YOU FEEL IN YOUR BODY. FROM THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD TO THE SOLES OF YOUR FEET.
CONTINUE TO BREATHE. IN & OUT. OUT & IN. RELEASING THE THINGS THAT YOU CAN’T CONTROL. THEY ARE NOT YOURS TO CARRY. LET IT GO WITH EACH EXHALE.
