ONE MINUTE GROUNDING MEDITATION

  1. FIND A QUIET SPACE & TAKE A SEAT. MAKE SURE YOUR FEET ARE FLAT ON THE GROUND. CLOSE YoUR EYES IF YOU CAN.

  2. TAKE IN A DEEP BREATH. AS YOU INHALE, NOTICE HOW YOUr BODY FEELS. HOW IT EXPANDS as EACH BREATH NOURISHES EVERY CELL.

  3. TAKE A LONG BREATH OUT. RELEASE ALL THE TENSION THAT YOU FEEL IN YOUR BODY. FROM THE TOP OF YOUR HEAD TO THE SOLES OF YOUR FEET.

  4. CONTINUE TO BREATHE. IN & OUT. OUT & IN. RELEASING THE THINGS THAT YOU CAN’T CONTROL. THEY ARE NOT YOURS TO CARRY. LET IT GO WITH EACH EXHALE.

  5. FOCUS ON YOUR BREATH. BREATHING IN ONLY POSITIVITY & ABUNDANCE. RELEASING NEGATIVITY & STRESS WITH EVERY EXHALE.

  6. OPEN YOUR EYES & SMILE.
