What Is A Doula?
Doulas are trained professionals experienced in life's transitions such as childbirth. We provide doula support for fertility, pregnancy, new motherhood & end of life. The doula serves as a constant presence of support and an emotional anchor for the client. Your doula will offer education, serve as an advocate, and help with comfort measures, mindfulness techniques such as deep breathing, relaxation, movement and positioning. Our offerings include foundational education that consists of 5 focus areas that are part of your preparatory experience.
